If we want to contact you by phone, we can use your phone number (if you have provided it to us). The processing of personal data relating to you is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in informing existing customers about similar products or services that we have provided to them (Art. 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation and/or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6, paragraph 1, point (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We may use your data for other legitimate purposes that are indicated to you when you provide us with Personal Data or that are otherwise permitted or necessary in order to satisfy the request of applicable laws and regulations. The processing of personal data relating to you is carried out because the processing is necessary due to the legitimate interests that PREST doo strives to achieve and when these interests do not threaten your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms – Article 6, Paragraph 1, point (f) of the GDPR. We are obliged to obtain your express consent (confirmation) for the above purposes when it is necessary in accordance with the applicable law.

We do not sell or otherwise disclose the Personal Data that you provide to us or that we collect about you, except as set forth below or with your prior express consent. It may be necessary for us to share Personal Data relating to you: with related companies within the European Economic Area, and for the purposes of this Privacy Policy; in case of merger, takeover, sale of property, joint venture or any other transaction resulting in a change in the management or ownership of PREST doo, in whole or in part; or in the case of reorganization proceedings, bankruptcy, bankruptcy or similar situation when the disclosure of Personal Data is permitted or in accordance with applicable law; or with third-party service providers and suppliers, acting on our behalf and at our instructions, who provide us with services such as internet-related, advertising or analytics services so that we can deliver to you the product or service you have ordered from us, to manage web servers and store data on backup drives. These recipients may be located in other countries in addition to the country in which the Personal Data was originally collected, with the note that Personal Data relating to you is transferred only within the European Economic Area or to other countries recognized by the European Commission as countries which have been proven to provide an appropriate degree of personal data protection. Only a certain number of individuals in PREST d.o.o. have access to personal data related to you and only to the necessary extent.

Data you provide
We collect personal data related to you (i.e. any data related to you as a person whose identity has been determined or can be determined), such as your first and last name, age, e-mail address, telephone number and preferences and interests when using this website, namely when you order products or services through this website, fill in questionnaires, forms or surveys published on the website, when you communicate with us or use interactive features.

Automatic data collection
With your consent when required by law, we and our third-party service providers may use various technologies to collect and transmit data about how the website is accessed and used. Personal data is not stored longer than is necessary for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, up to ten years after the expiration of your contract with PREST doo (if there is a contract), unless longer or shorter storage periods are applied by law.
